Our shop is open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.0pm, and Saturdays 9.00 to 5.0pm. If travelling any distance, please telephone to make sure we are open.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Postage costs can be found by putting the item/s in the 'Shopping Cart' click on 'Checkout' enter all your details as requested, and once on the 'Shipping Page' select postage options from the drop down menu, this will then give you the postage cost. You then have the option to proceed with the order or cancel.
We accept credit card payment through Paypal & Protx in Pounds Sterling only.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when you have paid for your order. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
There will be a re-stocking administration charge of 20% on items that are returned for no valid reason.

Shipping And Handling All orders are shipped within the United Kingdom by Recorded or Special delivery with insurance cover
Overseas orders are shipped Airmail with insurance cover, no items are shipped surface.
Please Note within the United Kingdom; should you select Recorded Delivery, the item/s are only covered up to a value of £32.00, this is the maximum you will be reimbursed should the item/s be lost or damaged in the post. We recommend that all orders over the value of £32.00 be shipped Special Delivery, any order that weighs over 2klo will automatically be shipped by Parcel Post insured.

Returns Policy Old collectors items the following applies:- Return of good will only be agreed on if we are notified within three days of receipt, either by telephone or email, as goods will only be refunded, if our descriptions are incorrect. Items that are NRFB will not apply to these condition, that is NRFB can not be returned.
We will only refund the cost of item, not shipping costs.
You can not return an item without our permission.

NB: Replacement or refunds are processed once authorised returns are received. All returns must be received in the same condition as originally sent. NRFB (never removed from box) items that have been opened or removed from packaging will not be accepted for replacement or refund.
New Goods:- Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm, but notification of defaults must be received within three working days of receipt, either by telephone or email, you must obtain a returns reference number from us before returning any item. |
Remittance Terms Payment is made in full before goods are shipped. Payments in Pounds Sterling, by Cheque,P/O,Cash or Paypal.
